1. Placing Your Order
Our fixed-price quoteis based on the details you provide during the online survey.
If your information is inaccurate, additional charges may apply on installation day. We’ll explain any changes before proceeding.

2. Before Installation
Your Responsibilities:
Provide clear, accurate photosof the installation area. Poor-quality or incorrect images may lead to extra costs.
Ensure parking permits, landlord permissions, or planning consentsare secured. False information may result in fines.
Notify us of delivery restrictions(e.g., parking limits, long carry distances). Unreported issues may incur redelivery fees.
Our Process:
If extra work/materials are needed, we’ll notify you before charging.
We may decline your order at any time before completion, refunding any payments made.
Delays? We’ll inform you ASAP and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
3. Delivery & Materials
Materials typically arrive 7 AM–10 AMon installation day (or brought by the engineer).
A responsible adult must be presentfor delivery. Missed deliveries may delay installation and incur fees.
Keep materials secure and dry. If opened/damaged before installation, you may cover replacement costs.
Material variations(colour, texture) may occur—we’ll match as closely as possible.
4. Installation Day
Access required:Water, gas, electricity, and clear workspace. No-show? £100 fee applies.
Work hours: 8 AM–6 PM(sometimes longer). Most installations take 1–3 days.
Potential disruptions:
Carpets/flooring may be lifted; reinstatement is not guaranteed.
Cupboards near the boiler must be emptied/removed by you.
Wall/ceiling damage may occur; redecorating is your responsibility.
Safety first:Unsafe conditions or abusive behaviour may lead to work stoppage without refund.
5. Payment & Finance
Full payment is required before installation.
Finance options:
Apply on the same day as orderingto secure your installation date.
Interest-free credit (IFC) available for orders over £1,000 (subject to approval).
Late payments:A £50 fee + legal costs apply per 5-day delay.
6. Warranties
Boiler warranty:Covered by the manufacturer (e.g., Worcester Bosch, Vaillant).
Must be serviced annuallyby a Gas Safe engineer to maintain coverage.
Workmanship warranty:12 months on labour (defects only).
Exclusions:Pre-existing issues, third-party work, or accidental damage.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
14-day cooling-off period:Cancel anytime before installation for a full refund.
If materials are delivered but work hasn’t started, refunds deduct delivery/collection costs.
Refund processing:5–10 working days (2% handling fee for cancellations).
8. Service Complaints
Submit complaints via our Contact Us page. We aim to resolve issues within 30 days.
9. Customer Referrals
Earn £50 cash or a couponfor every successful referral.
No purchase required to refer.
Payments issued within 5–10 daysafter the referred customer completes their order.
